Constantly hearing this from my Grandad sharing a lovely cheese and tomato cob would always come with the moan and groan, after 30 years I discovered he was right!
When tomatoes are grown hydroponically it blocks the flavour in the fruit, when tomatoes are grown in soil they have that flavour, supermarkets sell hydroponically grown tomatoes making it difficult to taste
Our tomato flakes have been grown in soil in Spain under the sun providing nature a chance to do her magic giving us pure tomato aroma and flavour
Hydrate in warm water and add to any dish, pizza, tomato sauce, tomato soup, the list is endless well maybe not a tomato salad - were good but have our limits

Great flavour
This is my second order with Spices on the Web and OMG what a fantastic supply of wonderful ground and whole spices and dried herbs. Some I have ordered before and needed more as I had used them. The rest were all new from this website. The quality is outstanding, honestly the best I have ever bought. In fact I got 25% discount so ordered a lovely selection; I then ordered some more as the prices were so good and I mix my own spice rubs, marinades and sauces so now have a great amount for me to use. I would highly recommend this website as truly the best on the web. I also love that they are packaged in quality bags with press close strips, which I sometimes transfer into mini pots that I already have. 5* service.

Excellent tomato flakes
This is the third time I have purchased these tomato flakes. They are so convenient. I rehydrate them in water and add them to so many savoury recipes. They are also great added to cheese bread and the tomato flecks look great once the bread is baked. They are also great added on top of pizzas as they are not too moist like fresh tomatoes are. They are also great to be pounded along with garlic, ginger, onion and herbs for a lovely marinade.

Use these in my bread maker. Good sized flakes and a better option than buying sun dried tomatoes and cutting them up
