Most chilli is for flavour and upto 30k shu or madras curry heat, habanero chilli has distinctive fruity flavour with the bags of heat
Habanero originally evolved in the Caribbean but grown commercially in Mexico
One habanero pod per meal is enough or around ½ teaspoon of flake and 1/4 teaspoon powder to add a good smack of heat to any dish
Habanero can be used to create a marinade or straight into a sauce with the hydration but still providing texture
Habanero Chilli has been dried and flakes for ease of use, if not using the whole chilli or hydrating the whole chilli, then flakes are ideal for this use

A must
A must have in the kitchen. Flakes taste good on fried sausages.I like the sudden hot spots. Habanero a classical chilli to chill down with after experiences with hotter Scorpions and Nagas.
