Great flavour of a deep smoke but low in heat if any
Can be sprinkled in with Mayo and added to sandwiches, or used a main ingredient in Paprika Chicken, or any which way you like the flavour is superb!
The only difference between whole and powder is ease of use and texture within your dish, for quick use I use powder, for weekend cooking sessions its whole pods, always ensure to get your chilli powder from reputable sources

Smoked Paprika Quick Reference
- What is it? A mild Spanish paprika made from sweet red peppers that are smoke-dried and ground.

- Storage Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to protect colour, aroma and flavour.
Good to know: This version is designed for deep smoke without chilli heat, allowing the sweet pepper character to remain clear.

BBQ sauce
Buy some cheap ketchup. Add smoked paprika, black peper from the peper mill, chipotle chilli powder and worchester sauce.

Best Paprika I've ever had
The general quality and value of spices from Inti is excellent but their paprika is stand out. I wouldn't buy it from anywhere else.
