- How to use Add early in cooking so it disperses evenly and its raw edge softens.
- Compare with Finer and quicker to use than organic turmeric granules, and generally milder than Alleppey turmeric.
- Possible substitute Fresh turmeric can be used where extra moisture and a fresher root flavour are suitable.
