Our local farmers, after living through a deluge of rains, finally had a rendezvous with their beloved fields this weekend. They're playing catch-up, eight weeks behind schedule, but the promise of sunnier days has them practically dancing with their tractors

In between all the hard labour, we couldn't help but jest about turning the fields into a rice and wasabi wonderland. We proposed a pipeline to ship the surplus water off to the Mediterranean

With the world ever-changing, we're learning to cha-cha with Mother Nature and her changing weather patterns. So, keep your sunglasses at the ready as Spring is just around the corner, teasing its arrival
