April has arrived and while us humans are not back to any type of normality yet, nature is marching through with its wonderful season change, even if today and this week in the UK feels like winter has returned, it will not last long
From the birds making new nests to plant shoots appearing, life is springing up everywhere
Covid has, is and will continue to put a strain on growing and harvesting plants this year, everyone in the food trade is working together to keep supplies coming through
We still have some items missing in action, but a lot has come being out of stock for a while
