For years now I have been on the search for true kashmiri chilli

In India, the meaning of Kashmiri is simply Red Chilli, many types come with the name Kashmiri according to the Indian Spice Board

This just leads to confusion for everyone 

After loosing a few contacts with this chilli, with our last shipment being lost in transit and no way of sorting out to be exported due to the sad passing of my main contact in India, I found an excellent family run spice company in Goa, who truly appreciate the meaning of quality and true type
