It might seem like an age away still but I am reliably informed Spring is coming up soon, cannot come soon enough! Hopefully no more frost on the car and nature will start to spring up at the end of February
We hope to have a spring forward too as some trading issues seem to be easing, difficulties still exist and harvests obviously take time to grow and ship, every week we are gaining ground - fingers crossed the ground continues to be stable
Tis the season to start growing your own plants, nothing finer than picking your own food, sure its easier to go to the shops - way quicker too, but not as satisfying to cook that weird looking carrot, the taste is worth the effort

Black Garlic has deep sweet garlic flavours, preserved by slowing drying over low heat, problem with it is the messy nature
Good black garlic is cooked fully to produce a soft clove and bulb, it should be soft and when we ship the bag will contain a little liquid, perfectly normal, but as said its messy
Without shipping it bulb form we are able to send more cloves than the standard bulb, if you love garlic you will love black garlic
