Farmers all over the world really have had a touch few years, reduced workforce due to covid, in some parts that is still impacting this years crop, throw in climate change damage such as mustard last year having almost 50% of the worlds yellow seed lost to heat waves, now add global inflation, very difficult for sure
We aim to keep everything in stock all the time, proving to be our nemesis this year for sure but we will not compromise on quality just to have in stock, what we procure is pure, nothing has been taken out or bulked out with flour. Due to global problems some items are taking longer to arrive or is simply not available to us, hopefully over the course of the new harvests this summer we will bring everything to our shelves soon
