One question I get asked a lot is what size pot do I use, simple answer is any size pot you like, generally the bigger it is the bigger the plant will be, but time is everything, the larger the pot the longer it takes to grow

If you keep the pot small the plant will think that is all it has to work with and produce pods for you

This Naga Bhut Jolokia Chilli Plant is in a 9cm Starter Pot, 4 months from Seed to Mature Pods

End of Season to have chili plants growing, 9cm potted plants available with 2 months growth already - with 3-4 months left, more than enough time to produce pods, just dont pot up too big if at all
