Last month I noticed the buds on the Blossom trees forming thinking they would bloom very soon, little did we know April would be the frostiest on record, one of the sunniest and driest too incidentally
I am not making any predictions this month but I am looking forward to seeing May flowers this month
Eating habits are changing too, spring is here and salads are becoming more of a normal meal, I do love the changing seasons and the changing meals from the dark night comforts to lighter fresher meals, still space to add flavour though in the cooking
In parts of the world we are seeing hope the light at the end of the tunnel is near, in other parts we are sending our thoughts and hope they get through the terrible situation, speaking to many of our Indian friends in the last week they hope we will still be ordering their lovely crops when they are able to sort, I have being saying to all of them we will be wanting the lovely spices herbs and chilli when they are able to send safely
Until then we are happy to wait and be patient, we want them to only work if it is safe to do so, a small delay now is nothing in the grand schemes of things
Everyone here hopes everyone will be safe and well and we all get to rejoice in Spring and Summer
