At least this is the time of year where we can all celebrate enjoying the Autumn Harvest of fresh veg, fruit and more. Baking days on dark cold nights for me is a perfect way to spend your time. Lovely fresh bread baking in the oven, a slow cooked meal in the pot with a whole bunch of spices and herbs, followed by a pumpkin pie spices with warming allspice, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg with the comfort pleasure of a good dollop of thick cream. The aroma in the house is filled with the very best smell nature produces. Every one here hopes all are well and looking forward to the nights of cooking great flavoursome food. Steve and the Team
There is a global logistical traffic jam on stocks being delivered. The complete supply chain has been disrupted this year, with some time to sort. Add brexit into the mix for the UK causing large producers to snap up as much stock as they can. Ancho chillies has been sadly missed for some time, the shipping is docking in Rotterdam in 2 weeks time, we should have on sale by 25th November - days may change though, nothing is certain, all other missing spices are being worked on, some will be back soon, some will be out till next year now

We are still awaiting news of what or any deal will be, the couriers are doing the same so the news so far is we are with Plan A of shutting down shipping to EU last week of December, first week of January allowing the couriers time to adjust and understand what to do and for us to make changes to the systems, limited time left to understand the final deal, all very frustrating for us all
