I’m fairly certain I don’t need to mention the sun this week — it’s making quite the entrance all on its own.

To all the cooks and chefs bravely firing up stoves and ovens in this heat, we raise a glass (of something ice-cold) to you.

This week, perhaps it’s best to keep things simple: a dash of salt, a crack of black pepper, and a whole lot of relaxation.
