Description

Chilmole is a recipe known for hundreds of years by the Mayan people

Chilmole is a Mayan word for “spicy sauce”, to prepare delicious traditional dishes.

This condiment is made from charred habanero peppers. Now you have the exotic taste of traditional Mayan cuisine right on your table.

Simply mix with water or broth to make a sauce. Then use to marinate meats (chicken or turkey) or vegetables.

Ingredients : Corn masa flour, water, salt, spices, garlic, chile habanero, acetic acid and potassium sorbate (preservative 202).

Produced in Mexico
