Can be added to any sauce making - any ketchup style sauce, any cheese sauce, any Italian sauce, just any sauce at all, can even use as a dipping sauce with mayo - salsa or avocado

• What is it? A ready-to-use puree made from hydrated Chipotle chilli.

• How to use: Add by the spoonful and stir through; a little gives background smoke while more builds a fuller Chipotle flavour.
• Comparison: Smokier and richer than fresh Jalapeno, but generally gentler and more rounded than very hot smoked chillies.
