Chipotle pepper powder
A long standing favourite of mine, delicious, smoky, hot but not extreme, so there's a great balance of flavour and heat. I put it in and on all sorts of foods.... It's really the best I've found online.

Chipotle morita
Buy lots as you'll be throwing this at everything that needs a bit of a kick. Very mild heat, but packs a real flavour punch. The smokiness is very similar to hickory and goes well with just about everything.

My new favourite
I used to use a branded chipotle paste, but this powder is so much easier to combine with ingredients when cooking and tastes delicious.

BBQ sauce
get some cheap ketchup. Add black pepper, Worchester sauce and this chilli among with smoked paprika. Great. My best friends christmas wish is one liter...

Seriously this is probably my favourite chili powder of all time thus far, and I've had a lot of chili powders. The scent is AMAZING and the flavour is so perfect and warm. Using it tonight in a roasted pumpkin dish with some coriander and it's delicious! Crazy how good it is, thank you!

Chipotle morita
This is stunning stuff. Was not expecting the outrageous depth of flavour this has. Mix it with butter and slather on corn on the cob - bit of lime and grated cheese and you've got a winner.

Chipotle powder
I've been buying this here for a long time. Always top quality, lovely smoky aroma, a beautiful medium heat, with a sweet smokey chilli taste. Superb. You really can taste the difference real pecan smoking makes.
