Brewing Instructions
Use one tea bag per 250ml of water.
Heat fresh water to 95–97°C, pour over the tea bag and allow to infuse for 3–5 minutes before removing.
For drinking black, brew for around 3–4 minutes for a smooth, balanced cup. If adding milk, allow approximately 4–5 minutes to develop a fuller flavour and enough body to balance the milk.
For the best flavour, always use freshly drawn water and avoid exceeding 97°C.
