- Naturally bold and aromatic

Brewing Instructions
Use approximately 2–3g of Hibiscus Tea per 250ml of water.
Heat fresh water to around 95–97°C, pour over the hibiscus and allow to infuse for 5–7 minutes before straining.
For a lighter, fruitier cup, brew towards the shorter end of the range. A longer infusion develops a deeper colour, fuller flavour and more pronounced tartness.
Serving Guidance
Enjoy hot on its own or sweeten with a little honey or sugar to balance the natural tartness if preferred. Hibiscus is best served without milk.
For iced Hibiscus Tea, use approximately 4–5g per 250ml of water and infuse at 95–97°C for 5–7 minutes. Strain, allow to cool and pour over plenty of ice. Fresh lemon, lime or orange makes an excellent addition.
Common Uses
Ideal as a naturally caffeine-free hot infusion or a vibrant iced tea. Its strong colour and fruity acidity also make hibiscus an excellent base for fruit infusions and alcohol-free drinks.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Keep securely sealed after opening to maintain its flavour, aroma and colour.
