Lemon verbena leaves produce a light, fragrant infusion with clear lemon notes and a gentle herbal quality. Softer and more delicate than the sharpness of fresh lemon, it makes a refreshing drink that can be enjoyed throughout the day and into the evening.
This 75g loose leaf pack allows plenty of room for the leaves to infuse and release their characteristic citrus aroma and flavour.

Brewing Instructions
Use approximately 2g of Lemon Verbena per 250ml of water.
Heat fresh water to around 90–95°C, pour over the leaves and allow to infuse for 5–7 minutes. Strain and serve.
The slightly cooler water helps retain the delicate aromatic and citrus character of the leaves, while the longer infusion allows the full flavour of the lemon verbena to develop.
Serving Guidance
Best enjoyed without milk to appreciate its fresh lemon aroma and delicate herbal character. It can be served naturally or with a little honey if additional sweetness is preferred.
For iced Lemon Verbena Tea, use approximately 4g per 250ml of water, infuse at 90–95°C for 5–7 minutes, then strain and allow to cool. Pour over plenty of ice and serve with fresh lemon or mint if desired.
Common Uses
Ideal as a refreshing caffeine-free herbal tea during the day or as a light evening infusion. It also makes an excellent iced herbal tea during warmer weather.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours. Keep securely sealed after opening to preserve the delicate aroma and flavour of the leaves.
