The Good News
Since the start of Brexit it has been a nightmare for anybody who trades from UK to EU or EU to UK, as a spice merchant it has been particular painful to learn all the new rules every country has
Thankfully that learning curve is done, we are now shipping to EU as we did before brexit
Some differences though, which are
1. All shipments are sent via Netherlands for Customs Clearance, rather than your own country, some countries have incredibly difficulty procedures to import food
2. Shipping costs are minimal, not much more than before Brexit and are based on weight of basket
3. Delivery times are around 5-10 days from date of dispatch
4. All taxes due are shown in checkout before you pay and commit, you will not be asked for more after dispatch to get delivery
Simply order as before, we will take everything else
Dispatch can take a day longer than normal, this is us getting the paperwork sorted out so it sails through customs
The tracking number will be emailed to you a day or two after dispatch, the parcel is sent to a courier in the UK who then books into the network and gives us the tracking number
