Within the spice trade there are two main types of supply, one from a large producer who covers many different types of spices, the other being smaller producers of one specific spice
To ensure we are dealing with the highest quality, freshest supply of spices we only deal with single spice suppliers, generational farmers and producers who have perfected their skills in growing and allowing nature to full mature the plants
Due to this practice we can offer some of the cleanest spices available
As a spice company though we do deal with the following allergens on a regular basis

Our working structure means cross contamination is extremely limited but spice dust is in the air so cannot be 100% guaranteed to be free of
We do not supply any peanut - nut products, Cereals, Crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, soybeans, sulphur dioxide
Nor do we deal with gluten spices, this is a practice of bulking out spices with flour, its a bad practice and one we do not condone
All our spices unless stated are Gluten Free
