Our Saffron comes from Herat Afghanistan, producer of quality Saffron with deep crimson red colour and equally as deep flavour and aroma
We supply in a handy small plastic container, perfect for selecting the exact number of saffron stigmata you need for your dish

Test them in water and see how deep the colour goes, but you can always just test with a nice soaked pear

This is a good safffon but nothing beats the real saffron from Iran. A very good substitute.
