Coarse White Pepper

White Peppercorns are black peppercorns without its coat! We grind our White Peppercorns in the UK to produce uniformed particles perfect for cooking in sauces, rubs or seasonings or just sprinkle on your food once cooked

Pepper is a seed with a coat, black peppercorns are the coats ripened, this is removed leaving the white seed behind

White pepper has a floral earthy flavour with the spicy flavour being removed with the black coat

Just like all our spices, the white peppercorns come from fully matured plants to ensure we get maximum aroma and flavour

Grown Malaysia and Ground in the UK
