Looking for a new Meat Ancho Chilli Marinade, works great with anything at all!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled
4 teaspoons dry oregano
2 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

1 Add the wine, oil, garlic, oregano, ancho chile powder, lemon juice, green onions, brown sugar, salt and pepper into a blender. Blend the mixture until
smooth.
2 Marinate 2 - 24 hours.
