Assam is known for its Tea along with many other spices, the northern state has been a great growing area, the Assam Pepper though is found growing wild

Wonderfully shaped like blackberries, the pepper comes with a sharpness that takes time to develop at the same time a slight anaesthetic numbing effect with tingly sensation overlapped with sweet smokey flavours

Can be used with anything you like but goes particular well grilled meats, hearty savoury dishes

Grown in Assam, India

Grinder Use - Possible, Not Ideal

Mortar and Pestle Use - Yes

Packed in Unit that handles - MUSTARD - CELERY - SESAME
