Hot days followed by raining days, British summertime is here for sure. It feels different this year, since the school days a fair few decades ago the last week of July always felt the same with Schools breaking up and staff going on holiday. After the disruption we have all experienced, there seems to be even more importance in enjoying the summertime before Autumn rolls in, while we still need to be cautious it is joyous to be able to see loved ones live and in full technicolour! Maybe it’s not that different with a celebration of full life and harvests starting to happen, maybe it’s a better connection with what is important, friends, family, and good food. Everyone here hopes all are well and where possible enjoying good company talking the day and night away over good food, Steve and The Team

Great news for all our EU customers, we have resolved some of the major issues brexit came with clearing customs in most of Europe and allowing foodstuffs through. We now ship via Netherlands which allows Spices, once cleared they deliver as normal to you in any country

This also enables us to reduce the cost of shipping to you, we have only ever charged what we are charged and happy to say you will find the rates more to what we used to have pre brexit, in some cases even better

The EU has changed the rules on VAT in every country, we are registered on the IOSS database which means all the VAT collected will be sent to our accountants in Netherlands who will send to the individual tax offices in your country
