August already, time clicks one second at a time but does seem to fly by, I dont want to say we are already seeing marketing for the event at the end of the year

Lets forget about the colder weather for now, lets enjoy the sunshine we have and while it is starting to cause problems with lack of water in some parts, everything will recover - it did after the summers of 1976 and 1977

For now lets enjoy the nice weather before the equinox in September starts to move the planet away from the sun

Mexican chilli is not just for Mexican cuisine or heat!

I am into Italian dishes at present - its a summer thing, adding Ancho or any of these into the dish adds an infused flavour that is perfect for all the Italian classics, if Italy had these chillies generations ago they would be included as the mainstream today

Using flakes or powder is easy to add the pan with the tomatoes - onions or mushrooms

Most are low heat when mixed with other ingredients will provide bags of flavour with very little noticeable heat, give it a go you will not be disappointed
