Top of the list of what foods they like the most under bold flavours was pickles, with blue cheese, sardines, brown sauce, olives, even dandelion and burdock and marmite making the top 10
The food industry is a curious one for sure, most people want convenience, will chose something new based on the colourful packaging and yet what we all want in our food is strong bold flavours
