White Peppercorns

Did you know we get white pepper from removing the black seed coat from black peppercorns, blew my mind when I found it

I wouldn't say it was easy to remove the seed coat but whoever found out that by removing this coat the peppercorn underneath was white and the flavour was different, wildly different in aroma too

When white pepper is fresh it is supposed to have a very strong aroma and flavour, ask any decent Cajun Chef

Muntok like tellicherry is a strain of white pepper that is held up as one of the best strains in the world
