Excellent product, every bit of flavour without salt
I use it for most sauces, soups, and stews where I need some garlic flavour. The flakes are aromatic, flavourful, and crunchy, but rehydrate fast. So convenient, a great kitchen staple. No quality deterioration over the years, no problems with storage (even if I keep them in their ziplock).

Took a pack of these on camping trip and added a crushed palm full to fire brewed chilli dish. Great result, very tasty without the effort of chopping fresh cloves.
