The Ginger root is cut off and dried, imported into the UK and ground to our specification

Ginger like many root spices comes from two schools of spice producers, the first is the bad one where they extract all the goodness and sell as ginger extract, ours is 100% pure ginger root just dried and ground, when you smell the ginger you will know its pure ginger powder

Ginger Powder Ground - Quick Reference
What is it?: Pure dried ginger root finely ground for baking, cooking and seasoning.

Common uses: Use in cakes, biscuits, curries, chutneys, marinades, sauces, drinks and spice blends.
Pairs well with: Pairs well with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chilli, garlic, citrus, apple and chocolate.
How to use: Mix into dry ingredients for baking or add during cooking so it hydrates and blends evenly.
Compare with: Ground ginger is warmer and more concentrated than fresh ginger but lacks its juicy, bright texture.
Substitute: Fresh ginger can substitute where moisture is acceptable; ginger granules give more texture and slower release.
