The ratio we use is 50% Black Peppercorns, 15% White, 15% Green 15% Red and 5% Allspice

Quick Reference
What is it?: A UK-blended mix of Tellicherry black, Muntok white, Malabar green, Brazilian pink peppercorns and Jamaican allspice.
Flavour: Peppery and spicy with earthy, floral, fruity and gently sweet overtones.
Common uses: Pepper mills, table seasoning, marinades, roast meats and mixed pepper sauces.
Pairs well with: Steak, pork, chicken, mushrooms and roasted roots.
Compare with: More aromatic and rounded than a four-pepper rainbow mix because it includes 5% allspice.
Substitute: Rainbow pepper mix, though it will lack the warm allspice note.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from steam, moisture and direct light. Whole peppercorns retain their aroma longer than ground pepper; close the pack promptly after use.

Better than plain black pepper
I've been using this mix since I first tried it years ago and will not go back to plain black pepper. This mix has that little extra 'kick' to it that makes a dish more interesting and improves the flavour no end. There are other pepper mixes available but this is my favourite - highly recommended

Mixed Peppers 5 Mix
I tried this last night for the first time in a stir fry and was very pleasantly surprised at the difference it made! It gave just enough 'bite' to make it more interesting and a unique flavour. I won't be using plain black pepper again....... Spice up your cooking!

Bespoke Pepper Mix
I aways wondered why all mixed peppercorn mixes include allspice/pimento and even have gone as far as trying to pick them out. But now Steve does individual mixes/ratios which is brilliant! So I simply asked for the allspice % replaced with more white peppercorns and got just that. I'll never get my peppercorn mix from anywhere else.

5 pepper mix
Well packaged, speedy dispatch & delivery of this peppercorn mix, which I bought for my peppermill, as I prefer it to just black pepper. This has allspice in, not something I've had in a mix before, but it is really nice, good addition.
