Tellicherry Black Peppercorns, Muntok White Peppercorns, Malabar Green Peppercorns, Brazilian Red Peppercorns, Jamaican Allspice Berries
The ratio we use is 50% Black Peppercorns, 15% White, 15% Green 15% Red and 5% Allspice
All mixed ready to grind for a flavour explosion of wonderful spicy pepper mixed with earthy floral fruity overtones
