There is a classic flavour combo humans have grown up consuming, black pepper and a smoked finish, usually the smoke comes from the open fired cooking method which today is not used very often

Infused cold smoke with black peppercorns provides this wonderful flavour without the need to start a fire

The black pepper is from organic certified farms in Malabar India, smoked with beech wood which is farmed from organic certified farms in Sri Lanka, smoked also in Sri Lanka

Cold Smoking means only smoke is fed through to the black peppercorns, no heat is applied which will shorten the shelf life of the flavour oils

Producing a classis pepper heat with a smokey back drop flavour perfect for adding to any dish you want, no limits here
