Naga Processing

Why do we say our Nagas are the best, here are some pictures of our Nagas being sorted and dried - can you tell which one is ours?

Naga Bhut Jolokias are bought from independant farmers throughout the villages in Nagaland India,

          brought to the depot and sorted into grades, a lot of green pods!!

 Yep, the tray full of pure red pods are our Nagas

Working in the Indian Heat, next to an oven, processing fresh naga to dried is not work everyone can do,  respect to these lads who do it daily!
