Originating from Mexico and also cultivated in China, these slender, deep red chillies measure approximately 5,000 to 8,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), providing a moderate kick. Their unique flavour profile makes them ideal for adding depth to sauces, stews, and marinades. Available in whole pods, flakes, and powder to suit various culinary applications.
