This is a dessert sauce which can be spooned over ice creams, mixed with porridge or eaten from the jar if you so wish. Sea salted caramel infused with ghost pepper. It's a mild to medium heat, we needed a superhot pepper to push through the decadence. Awesome, simply awesome.
