Kebabs are world infamous but so many ways this is just one of the greats from Indonesia using Sate Ajam Seasoning
To create this classic dish :
- Mix together 1 tablespoon of Sate Ajam Seasoning, 2 tbs of soy sauce or oil 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste
- Chop 450g of Chicken Breasts (pork or beef is equally as good) Marinate for at least 2hours (24 hrs is better)
- Create your kebabs on skewers, grill or bbq turning occasionally
- Serve with rice or chips

One of my first buys when I started using chillies on the web now spices. Best done 24hours in advance for an enhanced flavour. Family favorite. This time bought multiple packets for all the kids (grown)so my stock is not depleted . French people don't like very spicy food but this they love and return time again when I cook it. Always have sate chicken on e menu for our big parties.

Sate Ajam seasoning
We used this (as directed on the label with soy and lemon juice) on chicken wings and BBQ'd them and the result was great.
