Ajam Panggang Spicy Roast Chicken Seasoning - No Salt!


Indonesian Cuisine is simply awesome with so many influences infusing together to create so many classic dishes

Ajam Panggang is a roast chicken seasonings nicknamed Dragons Breath but dont worry this is not that hot compared to some of our products, but certainly a nice taste of heat

To create this classic dish :

  1. Mix 1 Tablespoon of Ajam Panggang seasoning with 2 Tbs of Ketjap Manis (Indonesian thick sweet soy sauce if not available then any rich soy sauce)
  2. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and Salt to taste
  3. Stir all the ingredients together and then apply to the skin of your chicken - either whole or peices and marinate for at least 2 hours
  4. Cover chicken peices with a little butter and cover the tray with foil
  5. Cook at 180c medium oven until chicken is tender then at 220c for 20 minutes to crisp skin
  6. Serve with rice or noodles and veg of your choice
