America is known for a few things, BBQ Ribs is for sure one of them, go anywhere on a sunny day and the smell of BBQ will be in the air

This winter rub is our own creation good any time of the year but when its cold and wet and windy outside there is nothing finer than cooking a summer meal indoors

How to Use: Coat each rib/rack of ribs with vegetable oil and rub in the seasoning, marinate for 2-24hours in the fridge, place on a baking tray and cover with foil cook for 2.5-4 hrs on Gas Mark 3, 160c 320f with the last 30 mins without the foil (length of time depends on how thick - when the meat starts to fall away from the bone is perfect timing)

After you have rubbed in the rib seasoning you can brush with honey for a sweeter sticky rib and add more during the cooking process
