We operate a by weight postal system to provide the lowest price possible for your item(s)
For the UK shipping starts at £1.99 Royal Mail 2-4 Day Delivery increasing to £3.99 depending on your basket weight up to a maximum of 3.0kg
Order by 1pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery at £5.99 (available for any size order)
Including Courier Am services, this is for Next Working Day delivery
Orders over 3kg will be £5.99 Courier Delivery - we can ship via royal mail if you prefer, please add a note to the order if you prefer your local postie vs courier

Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries have become a problem for UK wide coverage, hit and miss depending on the local depot, we cannot offer this at present
Deliveries can be made to any address in the UK you wish to nominate
Northern Ireland - Highlands and Islands UK - Deliveries are same prices as above par courier delivery is 2 days (48) not next day

EU Deliveries
EU Shipping is working well with our new couriers and new custom clearance route has removed the problems being experienced
The shipping cost is for sending DDP under IOSS terms, which means the prices shown in checkout are the full price to pay, no additional costs after dispatch - Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) IOSS is the import one stop shop set up in the EU to collect all VAT on sales being delivered into EU
The VAT for your country will be displayed in the checkout and once a month the VAT will be forwarded to your tax office via our accountants in The Netherlands
Shipping rates start at 200g order weight with small step increments as the order weight increases, to check shipping before checking out - view your basket, click on Add Info next to shipping, enter the country and postcode and the costs will be displayed
Deliveries are typically 7-10 days, should speed up as covid restrictions ease
Once an order has been placed your order will be packed and dispatched, there will be 1-2 day delay in getting your tracking number, this will be emailed once it has been created and where to track

Rest of the World start at £13.99 per 1.8kg product weight parcel
Orders are shipped in 2kg max weight boxes upto 6kg, courier company is used for heavier orders

We understand that when you order from the web you want your products as soon as possible
All orders are shipped within one business day, with most orders taken up to 2pm will be dispatched the same business day, for shipments next day please order before 12pm UK only and select Parcel Force 24
Deliveries to the UK are normally 1-3 working days, Europe 3-7 days and rest of the world 7-15 days
