Tarragon Organic 20g - Quick Reference
What is it?: Organic dried tarragon leaf for delicate sauces, poultry, fish and egg dishes.
Flavour: Sweet and aromatic with gentle anise, liquorice and pepper notes.
Common uses: Chicken, fish, eggs, cream sauces, mustard dressings and herb vinegar.
Pairs well with: Chervil, parsley, mustard, lemon, cream and white wine.

Compare with: Milder and more textured than ground tarragon.
