Ajam Pangang Roast Chicken Recipe
Can be used as a marinade on whole chicken roasting in the oven or to create kebabs - this is the kebab version
Cut 2 Chicken Breasts into 8 pieces
Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of Ajam Pangang to the chicken and marinate for 2 hours at room temp
Remove and place on skewer – grill or bbq till cooked through
Serve with Nasi Goreng (fried rice)
