Luckily we have had many generations of food lovers to know for sure we are trying something different, Lovage seeds are unique with a twist of multiple flavours
The multiple flavours though probably explains why we have so many names and confusions for this wonderful seed - Ajwain, ajowan Trachyspermum ammi, also known as Ajowan caraway, bishop's weed or carom is no different from lovage seeds - all the same seed just with names that have been translated over the years from different cultures creating confusion
All we know is these are the best flavoured Lovage seeds we have tried
