Black Pepper is ground into different sizes by crushing and sifting through a mesh, this mesh is fine grade which is 0.1mm particle size - ideal for any food application - seasonings, sauces or just adding to steaks the texture is perfect for eating and for adding perfect flavour
We take our Tellicherry Whole Peppercorns and grind in the UK to produce aromatic fresh flavoursome course black pepper
All the seasonings containing black pepper is this pepper, we use all our own spices in our own seasonings
Ground black pepper is not ideal as it loses it flavour too quickly, the 18mm course is great for any meal - adding after or before the ancient use of pepper will sing to you through your food
