Most recipes call for a ratio of 3 parts Salt to 1 Part Garlic - that is way too much salt for so little proper flavour!
Our recipe is 70% Garlic and 30% Salt - much more like it! A little sprinkle on your cheese on toast will make a lovely backdrop of garlic salted flavour, try getting garlic flavour when your garlic salt is mostly salt
Dried garlic requires skill in both growing and processing, if the garlic is immature it will not dry correctly, if the drying process climate is not correct it will not produce the aroma and flavour
The garlic granules used are great for adding texture while blending with the other ingredients to produce a seamless textured flavour

Garlic Salt - Quick Reference
What is it?: A ready-mixed seasoning combining garlic flavour with salt for convenient everyday use.
Flavour: Savoury and salty with a rounded dried garlic aroma.
Common uses: Use on chips, roast potatoes, vegetables, meat, bread, eggs, sauces and snack seasonings.
Pairs well with: Pairs well with black pepper, paprika, herbs, chilli, butter and cheese.
How to use: Use as both seasoning and salt, tasting before adding any extra salt to the dish.
Compare with: Unlike garlic powder or granules, garlic salt contributes a significant amount of salt as well as garlic flavour.
Substitute: Combine plain salt with garlic powder when a substitute is needed, adjusting the ratio to taste.
Good to know: Because it seasons and flavours at the same time, it is especially useful as a finishing sprinkle but less flexible than pure garlic.
