Description
Green Malabar Pepper is grown in in the mountainous densely forested region of Kerala in the south west of India
It is regarded as the home of pepper, being cultivated in small batches on small holding farms throughout the region
Grown from mid November to mid January harvested immature
Can be salted or pickled for preserving but this does lose its delicate flavours, gently dried to preserve its fresh pepper taste
French pepper sauces is a must but try over freshly sliced melon and strawberries for a delicacy only nature can produce

Fantastic
Genuine green Malabar is my favourite pepper and although the whole peppercorns are not in stock at the time of writing this, I went for this coarse version. I was not disappointed at all. It has just the right heat and flavoursome pungency for my taste.
