For the last 20 years we have been growing chilli on windowsills, garden before it took over every aspect of a sunny and rainy day to now being full submerged in the chilli world. Providing such classic chillies as Chipotle, Ancho, Guajillo, Pasilla, Mulato, Habanero and more from Mexico to Sichuan Facing Heavens amongst other chilli from China to the superhots of Naga / Ghost Pepper picking up some thai and birdseye in africa. We are growing more and more with our own farmers on 3 different continents (you can see our Naga Chilli lads processing here - ours is the full red one!). We are committed to chilli and good food in all forms so along with our understanding of what is good food we have been sourcing more herbs and spices all of its highest quality to accompany our Chilli. All chilli whether its from one cuisine region or another can be used in any other dish, all our chillies have been carefully cultivated for generations to produce great individual flavour so if you like sweet slightly smoke choose some ancho, tannic spicy guajillo to name 2 of hundreds. Chilli harvest times are around September to October and our range always grows then with Carolina Reapers very much on the list along with fresh naga from nagaland india to aji lemons from peru and chimayo chilli from the states again to name a few.
We supply chillies in various forms for various uses, whole chilli is great to add texture as well as flavour, chilli powder is for quick use, seasonings rubs or marinades or simply adding ancho powder to baked beans for amazing transformation of a classic meal, flakes like Aleppo are best in flake form so whatever your need or use we have Natures perfect gifts available
