Super lemongrass flakes organic
This is the first time I have ordered this product. I often dont have fresh lemongrass to hand and it is quite expensive for just 3 bulbs. This is a very economic way to add that special taste to Thai curries. I always rehydrate the flakes and then blend it along with my other Thai paste ingredients. Works a treat. Lovely to add to marinades for fish, chicken, vegetables. Best to rehydrate first. Only rehydrate the amount you want e.g a tsp as once rehydrated it wont last so long. You can freeze it in ice cube trays for when you need it.
