The mace is peeled offer the nutmeg making mace blades, these are ground down for us in the UK to ensure 100% pure mace ground powder
Nutmegs can be grown in different parts of the world but only one place grows true nutmegs, Grenada!
The nutmegs farms allow the nuts to mature fully before harvesting ensuring nature has done her bit and produced the most flavoursome spices possible
